Gold Coast, AUS- It’s that time of year again when the Magic of horse racing in the new year is around the corner and the richest prize money is up for grabs on the Gold Coast as $2 Million Dollars will be awarded to the winning jockey and trainer in the Magic Millions. In past years this was just one race but for the first time in a long time this will be contested in 2 races on race day with one race of 2yo horses and one with 3yo Geldings. With both races awarding a staggering $2 Million to the winning trainer and jockey, making the overall prize from both races a whopping $4 Million up for grabs.
As for the forecast it looking like a magical day on the coast with a maximum temperature of 29c and Partly Cloudy with light SE winds/sea-breeze to make it a comfortable day at the races. The track will also be more then likely graded a “Good 3” or “Good 4”. This will favor most runners in both races.
